Personal Finance: 8 themes to review your economic structure

At the beginning of each year, an important aspect is to review our financial structure to evaluate what topics we need to solve, how to plan and, consequently, where we should emphasize:

1. Aforro and Recipes: Many people see savings and investment as an optional theme, when it really is something indispensable. The usual arguments are basically that we do not have enough recipes; that we do not have enough money to spare. So if life today is already complex, how do you think it will be in 10 or 15 years? Do we have additional sources of revenue?

2. The second half of our lives. How do you think to keep your quality of life when you have to retire if you lose your job or get sick? Do you want to depend on a retirement? Let us not forget that, at the same time, life expectancy will increase.

3. Inflation and loss of purchasing power. What will be the impact of inflation on your finances and future revenues? Do you have unproductive assets that are losing value?

4. Financial instruments. What stable currency instrument or plan has today to help you preserve the value of your savings and investments in the medium and long term?

Five. Creation of Capital and Actives. How do you finance the purchase of your housing, new car, or enterprise? Are you saving and investing enough?

6. Education. Have you contemplated any fund or plan to pay the higher education of your children?

7. Financial protection. What would happen today with your family, loved ones or family project if you fail in advance?

Eight. Pymes and Business. What would happen if your partner or key shareholder of the company dies, any plan or fund to reward your heirs and be able to continue your business? Will you come your company at the price of “gallina flaca” for a successor dispute?

If you care or identify with some of these aspects, it is important that you do not keep it alone for you. Chat with your partner or friend, better still do it with a consultant or consultant and analyze the options or strategies that exist in the financial market to be able to “blind” and better organize your personal financial architecture.
