THE JUSTICE OF UNITED STATES DAY THE TRUMP DONALD "IN ZAPATILLAS"

On Friday, February 16, President 45 of the United States of America, and favorite to become a Republican Party candidate in the presidential elections in November, Donald Trump, received a new bad news: Judge Arthur Engoron, condemned him to pay a fine of $355 million for fictionalizing the value of his estates to secure loans. Besides, you can't do business in New York State for the term of three years.

This coup for Trump's finances adds to what was received on January 25 when another New York courtcondemned him to pay $83.3 million to writer E. Jean Carrollfor damage and damage due to their defamatory comments after the trial for sexual abuse. In addition, on March 25 of this year the criminal trial against the former president will be held by the so-called "Stormy Daniels case", a porn actress with which she would have had intimate relations. Trump is accused of, through his then-law, Michael Cohen, having paid during the 2016 presidential campaign the sum of $130,000 to the woman to keep quiet about it. According to him, Cohen, the payment would have been made with money from taxpayers who supported Trump's presidential candidacy, which motivated an investigation and its subsequent processing.

According to Forbes, Trump's fortune is $2,600 million, but he only has $426 million in cash, so there is doubt that he can support the fines. Faced with this complex judicial and financial panorama, and as its political, business and personal adversaries drive more denunciations (with evident complicity of the "deep state" American) and celebrate the convinced judicial decisions that will reach its goal of preventing a new Trump appointment to the US presidency, what is the attitude of the former president?

In 2008, New Jersey's "John Wiley & Sons, Inc" published a book that became inspiration to thousands of entrepreneurs worldwide: "Trump, never give up". The same was then translated into Spanish and met with the title of "Never pull the towel", and in each of its 39 chapters and two annexes, Trump himself detailed how he had successfully converted the biggest challenges that he faced as a businessman and man. Who would soon become President 45 of the United States, thus summarized the goal of his book, which was later edited in 2017.

"I enjoyed such a dull setback in the early 1990s that I am on the Guinness record list for boasting the biggest economic decal in history. I do not recommend to anyone who pursues the same goal, but when he was on the rope for financial reasons, this situation provides a certain perspective that can be useful to others. As a writer described the journey of life: no one comes free from it. It's a rather existentialist statement, but when you owe a few billion dollars it can make you think of other new dimensions. .."

Is Donald Trump thinking about withdrawing today? Not at all. He knows how to turn failure into victory and never fails to be prepared to face adversity and even accept it without bitterness, something that according to his own sayings "this is the attitude that gives you the strength to face difficulties and reach your dreams despite the unfavorable predictions"

On February 17, one day after the judicial resolution against the millionaire payment we have already referred to, was present in "Sneaker Con Philadelphia", a congress of tennis manufacturers where he presented the model 'Never Surrender' (Nunca te rindas), a golden footwear with details of the American flag, the letter T of his surname and a price of $399.

It was not an organized campaign event, and the most obvious show is that it was received with abucheos of its detractors and applause from its followers. The opinions about Trump's presence at the event are divided. Some analysts claim that they are taking advantage of the versions about their delicate economic situation to set up a new business. Trump has millions of followers and most of them are certainly willing, and would be pleased to collaborate with his political leader. Others, instead, claim that it is simply a political marketing campaign. Everyone agrees that soon their tennis will become a new icon of the "Make America Great Again" movement (MAGA), as the classic "hat" of red color that takes this legend and by which Trump has billed multimillionaire numbers.

In addition to all of these speculations and the judiciary of Donald Trump that significantly affect their finances, the goal of the former president was, and it will be in each of his apparitions, to send a very clear message: do not count on my "revision". Those who, innocently in my opinion, aspire to do so, are divided today into two major groups: those who do not know their personal history and business and political trajectory; and those who have perfectly clear the characteristics of Donald Trump's personality.

To the first, my advice is, read the book we mentioned in this note, and then plundered their own conclusions. To those who want to see him out of political contention, it simply happens to me to tell them "sigan participating".
