Why I wrote this book
I served on the front lines of anti-drug operations in Guatemala, Ecuador, Panama, and Peru, working alongside military units, intelligence agencies, and maritime forces tasked with curbing a flow of drugs that fuels corruption, violence, and death across continents.
The silence beneath the waves is lethal.
Ignoring it is no longer an option.
